Born in Raleigh, NC, she has resided in Hobe Sound since 1980, coming from Oyster Bay, NY. She was a retired private gourmet chef. She was a Christian and attended studies with Jehovah Witnesses Congregation in Hobe Sound. Survivors include her daughters, Catherine Desrosches of Greenlawn, NY; Elouise Bailey of Hobe Sound, FL; sister, Eliza Dawkins of New Hyde Park, MA; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, James Wiley Morning; six brothers and five sisters. No local services are scheduled. Burial will be at Memorial Cemetery of St John's Church Laurel Hollow, NY.
