Loving father of Michael (Karen), Joanne Marra (Joe), Joseph (Marianne), John (Eileen), and James. Cherished grandfather of Ryan (Michelle), John, Emma Washington (Lorenzo), Caitlin, Justine, Joli, Christian, James (Lindsey), Anne, and Meghan. Proud great grandfather of Kane, Meara, and Elizabeth. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was a devoted Sergeant in the NYPD, a proud WWII Naval Veteran, and member of the American Legion Robert H. Spittel Post 1285 in Bayville, NY.
