Charlie was much more than a colleague, he became a friend and mentor to those who knew him. He was, always, ready to listen and guide. He liked to have fun and his smile will remain in my memory. He loved his family and spoke about them, often. His grandchildren were his life. It was a blessing to have known you. Charlie, I will miss you, greatly.
