Lou was a genius and a fan of going fast .He lived the way he he wanted and loved the way he lived. I have been scared shitless both on land and water as a passenger with this Wild Child.(the name of his first boat).Lou could design build and make anything he wanted to.He was a true friend and my landlord twice. I will miss his intensity and his enthusiasm for life.☮️

So sorry to find out that Louie passed. He was my landlord at 15 Bond Street from 1988 until he sold the building in 2013.. I would sometimes drop off the rent checks a his mom's house in Manhasset. Louie was the sweetest guy and you could not ask for a better nicer landlord and person to know. Very sad to hear that he passed. My condolences to his family and friends. - Robert Drell
