I well remember the Cottens' fight against the Rye Bridge. Recall sitting with my parents in the Cottens classic late 60's-early 70's earth toned living room, a puffer fish hanging from the ceiling and a fan coral on a shelf. Until I read this obit, I had no idea how accomplished Dr Cotten was, I just thought of him as a neighbor fighting the good fight against the bridge. Glenn, condolences to you and your brothers.
