Kramer, Rober L. – on July 11, 2025, age 88, of East Norwich, NY. Beloved husband of Joan. Loving father of Lynn Kramer and Mitch Kramer (Donna). Devoted companion of his loving granddog Dottie. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Graveside Service will be at Locust Valley Cemetery on Monday July 14th at 11:30 a.m.
