Pascal Iannelli

December 17, 1958 – July 18, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Pascal Iannelli, who left us on July 18, 2025, while in Taormina, Sicily, in the comfort of his vacation home and alongside his beloved wife Maria, in a place he deeply loved. He was 66 years old.

Pascal was born on December 17, 1958, in Algrange, France, the first son of Amato Iannelli and Carmela Bicchetti, both born and raised in Nusco, Italy. They moved to France and together they raised five children: Letizia, Pascal, Bruno, Michele (Mike), and Gianni. Each summer, the family would travel throughout Europe, always concluding their journey in Nusco. These summers spent traveling left him with a deep-rooted love for tradition, one he preserved and passed on throughout his life.

At age 11, Pascal and his family immigrated to the United States. Soon after, he began learning his third language, English, while attending the Port Washington School District, and graduated from high school in 1977.

At age 15, he met his high school sweetheart, Maria Milio, whom he would later marry on July 7, 1984. That same year, they traveled to Italy for their honeymoon, visiting family in both Nusco and Sicily. Their journey was the beginning of a life built on shared values, partnership, and enduring love.

By the age of 18, Pascal was a licensed hairdresser. Four years later, he opened a full-service salon and spa in the Americana Shopping Center in Manhasset. Later, he opened a second salon in Roslyn Heights. Even in recent years, Pascal continued to provide haircuts for select clients, not out of necessity, but out of love for his trade and deep loyalty to the clients who had followed him for nearly 40 years. Pascal was a natural entrepreneur. In 1985, he and Maria purchased their first real

estate investment, launching what would become a successful family venture. Over the years, they acquired and managed a portfolio of properties. In addition, Pascal was also an active owner in multiple hospitality ventures, proudly partnering with his siblings to build thriving, family-run establishments.

Together, Pascal and Maria raised three children:

-Amato, born in 1986, was named after Pascal's father. In 2023 he made Pascal a grandfather to a baby boy named Pasquale, his namesake.

-Carmelina, born in 1991, was named after Pascal's mother and is currently expecting a baby girl, who would be Pascal's second grandchild.

-Marco, born in 1994, recently engaged with plans for marriage in 2026.

Pascal was a devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. A man whose life revolved around family. His greatest joy was found in upholding traditions, celebrating his roots, and ensuring that his children and grandchildren inherited the values of hard work, family bonding, and deep connection. His warmth, presence, and generosity left a profound mark on everyone who knew him.

Pascal is survived by his loving wife Maria, his children Amato (Laura), Carmelina (Michele), and Marco (Samantha), his grandson Pasquale, his mother Carmela Iannelli, and his siblings Letizia, Bruno, Michele (Mike), and Gianni. He was predeceased by his father Amato Iannelli. Pascal's legacy is one of warmth, resilience, and tradition. He lived a life rooted in family, grounded in heritage, and guided by love. His presence was steady and reassuring, a source of joy to his family and loyalty to his friends. He was a man who put those close to him before himself. He passed down not only his stories, but his values, and the life he built will continue to echo through the generations that follow.

Visitation will be held at Oyster Bay Funeral Home on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 PM and 6:00–9:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Saturday, August 2,

2025, at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at Nassau Knolls Cemetery in Port Washington, New York. Pascal's story is one of devotion, perseverance, and legacy. He will be missed dearly, remembered daily, and loved forever.
