Obituary of Eleanor C. Benter

Benter, Eleanor-on November 16, 2025 of Bayville, New York. Eleanor passed peacefully in her home at age 91. She is predeceased by her loving parents, Henry and Olga and her dear brother, Henry, She was a retired Oyster Bay High School guidance counselor, a profession she truly enjoyed. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Village Church of Bayville 9 Mountain Ave., Bayville, NY. where she was a life long member. Visiting Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St., Oyster Bay, NY, Friday 4-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Village Church Of Bayville-United Methodist, 9 Mountain Avenue, Bayville, NY on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery.
