I have known Omar for 16 years, and as my best friend’s husband, he truly became like family to me. He was always such a gentleman. Every time we went out together with my best friend, he would insist on treating me to dinner, and during our girls’ night out with my best friend at their home, he always made sure to bring us food and wine. That was the kind of person he was—thoughtful, generous, and always giving from the heart.
Omar had a beautiful soul, and he always knew how to make us laugh. His presence brought warmth, joy, and a special light to every moment we shared. I will miss him dearly and will hold his memory close to my heart until we meet again in heaven.
My deepest condolences go to my best friend, to all of his family, and to all his loved ones. Omar will never be forgotten, and the love he gave will live on in all of us.

I’ve known Omar for as long as I can remember. He was more than just my brother’s childhood friend. He was part of the fabric of our growing-up years.
I’ll always think back to those Battle Royale matches on the trampoline, swinging those hard pool-float noodles like they were real weapons. One time it got a little too intense and Omar ended up with a nosebleed, bleeding all over Stavros’s brand-new shoes, something we laughed about for years afterward. Those are the kinds of memories that never fade.
As we got older, it turned into late nights playing SOCOM online on the old PS2, talking trash, laughing nonstop, and creating memories that still stick with me today. Omar had a way of making everything funnier just by being there. He was genuinely one of the funniest people I’ve ever known, and his humor brought people together.
Omar will always be remembered for his laughter, his presence, and the memories he helped create. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and everyone who loved him. Please accept my deepest condolences during this incredibly difficult time. He will truly be missed, but never forgotten.

Omar and I had a million laughs over the years. He was such a great person to be around. I grew up with this guy and we had so much fun. The last time I spoke with him was on thanksgiving, he sent me a picture of a cooked turkey with an interesting "third leg", which has me laughing even now. He was always quick to defend his friends and never backed down from anyone. He was a hard worker since we were young, always looking for the next opportunity which I always respected. A man with a heart of gold, a contagious laughter (you all know this is true), and truly one of my best friends. Goodbye brother, you left way too soon.

I worked with Omar for a couple of years at Lemkau Moving. The team and I enjoyed working with him. He was just a likable guy, and he never failed to ask how another was doing. He offered great customer service, and he worked hard to get a job done with the team. He was quick with a smile, a handshake, and pat on the shoulder. I had just seen him a couple of weeks ago, and to hear the news was heartbreaking. May he rest in peace, and may his family, friends and loved ones take comfort in their fond memories of him.

Growing up with Omar was a blessing. He was a great friend with a big heart. His laugh always made the whole room bust out laughing. I remember him always at our house cracking jokes. My brother Tyler, Omar, myself and friends would go out and it was always a great time. Huntington village, Bayville nights…these are times I will never forget. He helped me pack up and move my life with my now husband all the way to North Carolina with no questions asked. Omar was a great friend and I will always cherish the memories I have with him. My sincerest condolences to his wife and family. I hope they find peace knowing that he has positively impacted so many people. Rest easy my friend.
Love,
D.
