One of a kind. A remarkable person and genius in the media business. So kind and generous with his time in mentoring young people in the television business. The best sales manager CBS Teleivision ever hired.
He will always be respected and remembered for never taking short cuts and insisting "you do it right".
RIP - we miss you.

Kerri Hearn: One of my favorite memories of Mike comes from a trip my parents took to Montauk to visit him. A hurricane was approaching, and while most people would have stayed safely on shore, Mike and my Dad couldn’t resist the ocean. The waves were enormous, and the two of them had to go in.
My mom stayed on the beach, watching with equal parts worry and awe as Mike and my Dad laughed, smiled, and played in the water, riding the waves like carefree kids. She remembers how joyful they were, completely alive in that moment, sharing pure fun and friendship.
That was Mike, full of life, adventurous, and a truly wonderful friend to my Father. Their bond was deep, genuine, and filled with laughter. Mike will always hold a special place in our hearts. xo

I have to share this as Michael and I were just talking about Mike D the day before he died. We were talking about soap operas in the past and "All my children". Michael D would tell me, you and Jenny look so much alike!! He will always have a special place in my heart. As soon as we would mention his name and reminisce about some crazy story, we would smile and laugh. Rest in peace Michael, the crew is awaiting your arrival with some of your favorite coffee Cake from Rowie!!

Michael was our neighbor here in New York the past 23 years. He watched my sons grow up here. Michael always had a smile and was very friendly. He was a delightful neighbor and loved to talk about sports with us. May he rest in peace.

No doubt Montauk stokes my memory. Gip, felix A, me and Mike eating 3lbs of rikis, sausage & meatballs, Mike telling Gip not to over cook the pasta and felix yelling to make sure there is enough, Gip rolling his eyes......laughing as I write this
