Obituary of Concetta Mallardi

Mallardi, Connie– on Jan. 23, 2026, age 98, of Bayville, NY, formerly of Corona & Flushing, Queens NY. Beloved wife of the late Steven. Loving mother of Idee, Steven-Cosmo, Christopher, and Michelle Chasen (Andy). Cherished grandmother of Melissa Mott (Pete), and Samuel Hoffman. Dear sister of the late Vincent Cataldo (Anne), Dominic Cataldo (Alice), Rudy Cataldo, and Rose Saccente (Joseph) Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Connie was a member of the Auxiliary of the American Legion Robert H. Spittel  Post 1285 of Bayville, the Rosary Guild of Gertrude's Church where she was a devout Catholic deeply dedicated to the love of the blessed Mother Mary and together with her husband Steve, an active member of the Bayville Seniors for many years. Visiting will be held at Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St. Oyster Bay, NY on Sunday, February 1, from 3-7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gertrude RC Church. Bayville, NY on Monday February 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Interment is private. Donations in her memory can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, www.parkinson.org
