Obituary of Soterios Masiakos

Our beloved father, Soterios Masiakos, 98, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026, and entered into the presence of the Lord. He was a resilient man who instilled in us the true value of family. He was a religious man to the very end and taught us the importance of prayer, integrity, and respect. He is survived by his sons Peter (wife Laura), Jordan (wife Anna), and his many cherished grandchildren. He was predeceased in death by his beloved wife Maria, and his brothers Ted and Alex. Visitation will be at the Oyster Bay Funeral Home 261 South St., Oyster Bay, NY on Tuesday April 7, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Service Holy Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church, 1400 Cedar Swamp Road, Brookville, NY on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery, Port Washington, NY.
