Obituary of Lynn M. Schuessler

Lynn Schuessler passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026.

Despite significant health challenges for most of her adult life, Lynn accomplished becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Lynn was compassionate and took care of others through private duty nursing.

Lynn was born and raised in Glen Cove, NY on February 25, 1955. Lynn lived in Glen Head, Glen Cove and Woodbury, NY.

Lynn was creative and loved to crochet beautiful blankets.

Lynn is survived by her sister Kathryn Corriveau (Robert), and brothers, Thomas and Michael Schuessler. Another sister Patricia died in 1960.

Lynn was an aunt to Jordana Grant-Ulloa (Rudy) and Jennifer Gass (David) and great aunt to Emily, Julian, Dustin, Giovanna, Rudy, Riley and Levi.

A private ceremony will be held with the immediate family and burial at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.
