Annie M. Ellis, was born one of seven children to Leona and Arthur Ellis in Pitt Country North Carolina She attended the Pitt County School System. After starting her new life working as a domestic, she later found other employment working at Andersen Products and worked there until retirement. Annie was a person that had many layers. And once you got to know her you would find one of the most loyal, and funniest people you would ever know. Annie had a heart of gold and exhibited that with all of the people that she took care of during her life. She joined the Presbyterian Church in the late 1960’s and remained a member until death even though health reasons caused her not be able to attended in her later years. Annie was extremely devoted to her church and contributed whenever her health permitted. Annie has always lived life on her terms and lived it to the fullest. She leaves to celebrate her legacy two daughters Brenda (Hazel) Ellis of NY, NY and Amanda Dinkins (David) of Durham, NC and one son Michael Ellis of Clifton Park, New York.
