Memories of my Aunt Annie will always be held dear to my heart. She was an amazing woman, loved by all who knew her. Strong and fiercely independent, she was a force to be reckoned with. She was the last of a great generation and will be missed. I will remember her phone calls, always asking about my family and grandchildren especially. It is heartbreaking for our family for this great loss and yet I am grateful and at peace with her passing. At 93, she led a life dictated by no one. She was a firecracker til the end. I would give anything for just one more of her biscotti, I know I will never have anything like them again. What great pride she took in her cooking/baking...a master in the kitchen. Rest in the sweetest of peace Aunt Annie. As you would say at the end of each and every phone call, “I love you dearly”

My Aunt Annie was a very beautiful woman. She always had a smile for me. I felt that I got to know her more than ever this last year when she stayed nearby. We both felt so happy that we got to share things. I am happy that we both knew and acknowledged how much this time meant to both of us. She had so many stories of my Nana and their sisters. I always remember being a kid at parties how much she loved to dance with her husband Tommy and have a good time. If heaven has some form of Atlantic City, I am sure she is there playing the slots.
