We got to know Mike through Jamie and he became a dear friend immediately! We will miss his big bear hugs, easy laughter and delicious food that he would always prepare, whether we were at his house or ours! Growing up on Private Road in the 60's and early 70's was a special time in Bayville. There were kids everywhere, we all got along so well. Me being a little older than our next door neighbors "The Kennedy's" had the opportunity to "sit" while Mr and Mrs Kennedy went out. Like so many people "Life" happens and you move on.... I distinctly remember a visit home a number of years ago, stopped in at Wall's enjoying an adult beverage when I heard a thunderous "Rob!" - I turned to see this Giant of a man with a huge smile come towards me - I immediately recognized the smile and red hair and before you knew it was entrapped in a monster bear hug...... needless to say there were a number of childhood stories rolling that night. God Bless the family and God Bless Mike
