Obituary of Betty Jean Tiberio

Betty Jean Tiberio, age 67, was taken suddenly and unexpectedly from her adoring family. Betty Jean was a life long resident of Oyster Bay and Bayville, NY. She was born on May 21, 1953 and left this earth on June 5, 2020. She is survived by her beloved husband Bruce, adoring sons Christopher (Allison), Mark (Allison) and Brian (Meagan) and her grandchildren Madison, Adriana, William, Lauren, Natalie and her unborn granddaughter. Her memory lives on in her loving sister Mary Anne Jackson and through her late brother Stanley Vnook, her nieces, nephews and cousins, many of whom still reside in Oyster Bay. She enjoyed spending time with her family in Florida, skiing in the mountains of Vermont and traveling with her husband. Known to many as “Jean”, she was the proud face and voice of the Tiberio family business, Attic Door Furniture, which she owned and operated with her husband and sons Mark and Brian. Though devastated by her loss, the memories, traditions and values Jean forged in her family will live on through the legacy of her children and grandchildren. A Private Memorial Visitation and Service will be held at Oyster Bay Funeral Home.
