Dear Edna & family,
We are deeply saddened at the passing of Alex. The service this morning was beautiful. There were so many things to admire about Alex, but the one that comes to our mind was his love of life, which he lived to the fullest. In the early days with Bill it was tennis, which is how we met. Then there was kayaking, which you two were much better at than us (remember the infamous kayak flip-over, which was right by your dock(we gave your neighbors a jolly good laugh). It was so fun meeting everyone on the beach and partying together. We have all of these memories because of you two setting it all up. Also your July 4 parties were the best.
He will always be remembered and sadly missed. Our love to you and the family this time of grief.
