My deepest sympathies to everyone. Chuck was a great friend growing up. We connected on many levels including our growing passion for lacrosse over our younger years. Chuck would always show me game tapes of former lacrosse legends and tell me the great stories about them. His room in junior high had pictures and posters of great lacrosse legends and soon my room did too. He pushed me to join leagues and go to camps and practice on your own. He and I were always laughing and really dumb stuff which I remember most. He was a good friend and am deeply saddened to hear about his passing. RIP Chuck

I called him Chuck- I always have.
We were close friends at a young age and our shared sense of humor was unique to the two of us. We were well spirited; we never laughed at the expense of others and Chuck’s artistic eye brought into focus the hilarious circumstances we’d find ourselves in. That is why we are friends- we understood one another and I miss him dearly.
Chuck found competitive inspiration and success on the field and he’d transpose that inspiration into remarkable works of graphite and ink on paper.
His purest and most noble motivation was simply inspired from an old photo of his (great?) grandfather, I believe. The picture was of this Irish pugilist with an open stance, accepting the challenge with grace, dignity and as Chuck and I would always add while laughing. . . perfect hair!
With love to all,
Michael Fales Lomasney

Ryan and Family - It really saddens me to hear about the loss of Chuck. My condolences to all of you. The times with Chuck and you Ryan are memories that make me smile to this day. Chuck was a competitor on the lacrosse field who gave it 100% always. No matter what. He was one of the hardest working guys I ever had as a teammate. He was also a kind and funny guy with an infectious smile. My mom still calls grilled chicken "Chuck Chicken" to this day. He had a great sense of humor. My brothers and I are thankful for the time we spent growing up with you guys. May Bod Bless Chuck. - Michael Spellman

I am very sad to hear about Chucks passing. I am happy that I got to see Chuck within the last few years when we met up in Brooklyn. I first met chuck through lacrosse and we became instant friends. His passion for the game was like non other that I have ever seen even to this day. I cherish all the time that we spent together in High School and on the lacrosse field. Chuck had a big personality and an even bigger heart. I will always remember his laugh...RIP

Chuck and I had been friends since we were 10 years old. There are too many memories to share. Chuck was a funny rambunctious kid, we got into plenty of mischief mixing it up on our skateboards in town and on the lax field. He played attack and had a unique style of finesse and technical prowess. He was a “sick” (a word he would use often to describe something that was awesome) artist...an Unbelievable and unmatched talent! In college he would become known as COD...and was a fun loving and jovial guy who was always good for a laugh and a good time. I can go on. Last thing, everyone was “dude” and most of all Chuck would want to make you laugh. He took tremendous pride in the fact his little bro was better than him at lax, but would be hard pressed to admit it. But would on the side in close company. RIP my friend. I can recall many times hanging in Oyster Bay or CSH and on to Hofstra. But I’ll leave it there.
