Smith, Frank Robert David III "Frankie"– on June 19, 2021, age 19, of Bayville, NY. Beloved son of Kelly Pfeifer and Frank Smith. Loving brother of Chelsie Pfeifer, and Nakeli Pfeifer. Cherished grandson of Ruth Smith. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Visiting Shelter Rock Church, 178 Cold Spring Road, Syosset, NY on Saturday from 10-12 p.m. Celebration of Life Shelter Rock Church, Saturday at 12 p.m. Interment is private. The family kindly request that guest do not wear black, thank you.

In his honor, Frankie's family along witht the Falcon Pride organization will be creating the Frankie Smith Memorial Scholarship. In which a scholarship will be given to a high school athlete. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Falcon Pride Organization. A check can be submitted to Falcon Pride.
