Whitehead, Gary –peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Nov. 14, 2021, age 80, of Bayville, NY. Beloved husband of Gabrielle "Cookie". Loving father of Jeanine Huysman (John Howe), and William Jr. (Rita). Cherished grandfather of Stephen Huysman (Su Zheng), John (Trisha Presta), Allison Huysman, and William III. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Devoted Honorary Chief and longtime member of Bayville Fire Co., 1. Proud member of Bayville-Centre Island & Locust Valley Rotary Clubs, and Trustee of the Village Church of Bayville.
