Dr. Fulmer was a gentle man. He delivered both of our children back in the 90’s. He listened, understood and always had a kind solution. I have fond memories of him, Cicci and all the doctors and nurses and staff. I felt so sad when I heard of his passing. May he rest in peace and may his whole family find comfort in his memory and in knowing he did good things that are remembered by others.

Daddy I am heartbroken and miss you so much! I am grateful you are at peace but I wish you were still here with us and able to enjoy your skeet shooting and vegetable gardening. You are the strongest man I know and you could do everything! You always put your family first. You were always a devoted, loving, supportive and giving husband, father, grandfather and brother. I am going to miss our nightly FaceTiming! Everyone is going to miss your sense of humor and one liners so much!! Thank you for always being there and for being the most awesome daddy anybody could ever have! I love you so much!

Dearest brother ,apiece of my heart is gone since you passed. The sun won't be as bright and the stars won't shine like they did since your gone. We shared a birthday and much more. Happy trails, we will ride together again someday. All my love Betty
