Ms Frances reminded me a lot of my grandmother. A kindhearted and warm lady who cared deeply for others.she was always asking and wanting to ensure that all was well with others. Snookie was a jovial person,being around her was not a pity party.she loved life and had wonderful words of advice on how to live life to the fullest. Fantastic and fun-loving Frances sleep on and take your rest. We love you but the lord loves you best.love and miss you marcia
