Phillips, Thomas C. – peacefully at home on July 31, 2023, age 77, of Bayville, NY. Beloved husband of Janet. Loving father of Darcie Sivacek (Michael), Dana Coulter (John), Thomas Jr., and Colleen Vermillion (the late David). Cherished grandfather of Amanda Vermillion, Kelli Sivacek, Quinn Coulter, Brian Coulter, and Jake Vermillion. Devoted companion of his pet cats Tega and C.C. Dear brother of the late Steven.
