Lisa, Matt, Patrick , we are very saddened today to hear of Mikes passing. We have many fond memories that my children especially Tyler will cherish. He looked at Mike as a second father, while coaching Little league baseball to the Morristown Wildcats Football. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. So many great memories that go back to the days of my family living across the street from Mike & Mary (Michael's grandparents), our good times during high school and as work companions at the Oak Neck Deli.
Mike was always the kindest guy to be around and it was great to run into him on his trips back to Bayville. Unfortunately I will be traveling during services, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the entire Meringolo family and Mike's loved ones. The good ones really do pass too young. Rest in Peace Jibber.

My deepest condolences to the entire Meringolo Family and all of Michael's closest friends...The tight knit group just lost an incredible friend, I know you'll always keep a place for him at your dinners.
Just thinking of Michael, puts a smile on my face. So much laughter.......
May he rest in peace, taken way too young and too soon <3

Our love and prayers are with Michael and his family. Always a cheerful, kind neighbor, so proud of his sons. Our dog Daisy adored Micheal, too.
May good memories and time with close ones uplift you during this time of sorrow. Xo

Our son is a good friend of Michael and Lisa's son Patrick. We were lucky enough to see what kind of committed and loving parent he was when our kids moved to AZ post-COVID for the remainder of their college education. Micheal and Pat drove their Uhaul over to our house to pick up some things, and his joy in being with Patrick and the adventure they were about to embark on was palpable and extremely touching. Such a loss. Peace and love to the family.

When we were neighbors, my dad who was a Nassau county detective worked all different hours, Michael would look out his window to see if my father's shoes were in the window which meant that he was sleeping. So this one particular day Michael looked out the window didn't see shoes so he blasted the Grateful Dead. Well Dad was
in bed and got up and yelled out the window to shut the music off ( it was definitely more colorful language than that).
Jim and I were so sad to hear of Michael's sudden passing. My heart is broken for his wife, sons, Mrs Meringolo, Cathy, Ann, Peter and Paul.
Rest in Peace Michael.
With love and sympathy
