Sasso, Lawrence J. on Dec. 10, 2003, age 94, of Hillsborough, NJ, formerly of Bayville, LI. Beloved husband of Lillian. Loving father of Larry (Marie), and Maryann Mitchell (Carl). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Drewry (Douglas), Thomas Mitchell (Karen), and Laura Kaletski (Adam). Proud great grandfather of Larry, Mary Elizabeth, A.J., and Jackie. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Visiting at Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St., Oyster Bay, LI Saturday and Sunday 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Monday 10 am St. Gertrude RC Church, Bayville. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, LI Chapter, 200 Parkway Drive, Ste. 101, Hauppauge, NY 11788 would be appreciated.
