Ferrara, George - on March 8, 2006, age 75, resident of Stony Brook, NY. Beloved father of Valerie( Rick) Ritacco, Dawn (John) Mirand, Hope (Steve) Hossenlopp, and George (Carol). Cherished grandfather of Alexa, Caralyn, Kristen, Victoria and Stephanie. Dear brother of Mela Lomma, Pat and Joe. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting at the Oyster Bay Funeral Home 261 South Street, Oyster Bay, LI on Saturday 7-9pm and Sunday 3-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass Monday 11am St. Dominic RC Chapel Oyster Bay. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. Donations in Georges name are requested to the LI State Veterans Home, 100 Patriots Road, Stony Brook, NY 11790.
