Koerner, Denise M. (nee McAdams) Suddenly on May 11, 2007, age 44, of Lindenhurst, LI, formerly of Locust Valley, LI. Beloved wife of Thomas "Chip". Devoted mother of Thomas Jr. "T.J.", Alexandra "Ally", and Madison Grace "Maddie". Loving daughter of Mary Ann and Ned McAdams. Cherished daughter-in-law of Grace Koerner. Dear sister of Eileen Cassella (Bill), James McAdams (Noreen), and Margaret Morgano (Michael). Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Nassau Country Club, Glen Cove, LI on Friday 12:00 p.m. Interment is Private. In lieu of flowers donations to NAMI Donor Services, P.O.
