Addazio, Antoinette C. on May 15, 2007, age 83, of Oyster Bay, LI. Beloved wife of Louis J. Loving mother of Frances A. Addazio Dear sister of Jeanne Casula, Mary C. Romig , Patricia Casula, Michalene Chabon (Nicholas), and Joseph Casula. Also survived by loving family and friends. She was a devoted Volunteer at St. Francis Hospital for 27 years, a member of the Diocesan Choir, a 47 year member of the Catholic Daughters of Americas, and a 50 year member of the IHM Guild.
