Mike it's hard to believe I'm saying goodbye to you. You were such a great guy, with THE best sense of humor, and the laugh to go with it :-) You were one of a kind and I'll always remember you for that. Thank you for all of the opportunities you have given me at the New York Aquarium, I am forever grateful to you for each and every one. The aquarium is just not the same without you Mike. I'll think about you every time I see Star Wars, Angry Birds, and 5 Guys Burgers. I will miss you Mike.

Uncle mike... I don't think my grieving will ever come to an end. You brought so much laughter and many smiles to not only my life but everyone else's as well. I can distinctly still hear your contagious laugh and jokes, its instilled in me forever. You've touched so many lives in only 48 years... It's incredible and I envy you so much. I believe that you still should physically be here with us, but I feel like god needed a guy like you in heaven because you are and always will be one of a kind. Billy Joel was right on the money when he said "only the good die young" I love you uncle Michael and I will never ever forget you. Watch over aunt midge and fino, as we will take good care of the both of them. xoxox Rest in peace xoxox

The power of our Father brings us to birth and guides our lives. By His command and timing we are called to rejoin Him in His heavenly kingdom.
It is never when WE are ready to say goodbye so we must trust in our faith and believe that God has called you so that you may be in a better place.
Michael, I pray for your wife, son, and our family; that we all find comfort in the fond memories of you. And may our tears of grief remind us and awaken us to what once was.
May you rest in eternal peace, Michael.

I have no words that can make you feel better but you can remember Michael and how he lived his life, his bubbly personality, his dedication to being a good father and husband. Michael loved life and I'm glad to have the memories of all of us being together on Baylor Drive. It seems like so long ago but the memories are coming back. Michael was a good person and a good friend to everyone and I'm glad to have known him. He will surely be missed. My condolences to the entire family. Sandy Tomanelli

Mike I don't think I've ever met anyone who enjoyed life more than you. I'm so glad I got to meet you and your brother Frankie on your way out West five years ago. I probably haven't laughed as hard since. I was thinking of you on Sunday not even knowing you were gone. I was at a car show appreciating a classic Cadillac; pictured you and Frankie driving around Brooklyn in it. You and Frankie sent me and Ronnie six postcards while you were out west. You made up hilarious fictitious names for me and Ronnie each time and signed each card by a different name. You even sent a Corn Palace card to Rudy, Ronnie's pet squirrel. I'm looking at the cards right now with a lump in my throat but can't help but smile either. You will be missed dearly. I'm praying for your family because I know you are in heaven and ok now.
