Obituary of Jeffrey L.A. Brown

Brown, Jeffrey Lansing Andrew of Oyster Bay, NY, and Block Island, RI. Beloved father of Meghan Brown, husband of Mary Kathleen Brown passed away on Wed. Oct. 8, 2008. He was 48 years old. Born Mar. 8, 1960 in Orange, NJ. Jeff graduated from Syosset High School in 1978 and studied Economics at Hobart College in Geneva, NY. Jeff was a NY Rangers season ticket holder and avid Yankees fan who loved nothing more than to fish and cook a fine meal. He was employed over various summers on Block Island at Kings Spa, The Spring House, and The National Hotel. Brown grew up in Carle Place and Syosset, and worked with his father Dean as a Manufacturers Rep. in the cosmetic industry.
