Lucas, William O. - on Mar. 28, 2009, age 87, of Oyster Bay Cove, LI. Beloved husband of Charlotte E. Dear brother of Robert, Raymond, George, Catherine Singmeyer, and the late Frederick. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. He was a proud member of the Oyster Bay American Legion Quentin Roosevelt Post #4, and also the Doubleday -Babcock Seniors.
