Beckett, Rita (Woodson) - peacefully in her sleep on June 12, 2009, age 93, of Oyster Bay, NY, Beloved wife of the late Acie. Loving mother of Geraldine Smalls and Alan Beckett (Donna). Cherished daughter of the late Lucien and Rosie Woodson. Adored grandmother of Latisha Beckett and Regina Beckett-Alston. Proud great grandmother of Elijah Beckett and Kaleb Alston. Dear sister-in-law of Leonora Beckett-Johnson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visiting Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South Street, Oyster Bay, NY, Monday 3-5 & 7-9 PM.
