For the past 11 years my husband and I have lived on the same block in Wilmington with Bill and to know Bill was to love him. He had one of the most wonderful ways of always making me laugh. We were more than just good friends with Bill. He would always stop by and chat with us, have lunch with us and when he went to Long Island we took care of his house. One day he remarked how much we meant to him and we were like a family to him. He always spoke so beautifully about his Mom and Dad and cared so very much for all of his family.
