Sumcizk, Palma - Suddenly on Nov. 28, 2010, age 84, of Bayville, NY. Beloved wife of the late Charles "Shoes". Loving mother of Charles, Jeffrey (Christine), Ronald (Monica), and Richard (Elaine). Cherished grandmother of fourteen. Proud great grandmother of three. Dear sister of Margaret Johansen, and the late Angelo Ritacco. She was a devoted Village Clerk for the Village of Mill Neck for over 40 years.
