Jacobs, Norman F., M.D. - on April 20, 2011, age 94, of Bayville, NY. Beloved husband of the late Helen. Loving father of Norman (Kathleen), Walter (Yana), and Kenneth (Allise). Cherished grandfather of Douglass, Nicole, Nathan, Travis, Alexandria, Amanda (Josh), Anthony, and Vanessa. Cared for by his devoted Aide Rajpati Roodalsingh. Graduate of LI University, Doctor of Medicine Degree from Downstate Medical Center. Served in US Army as 1st Lieutenant in Australia, and New Guinea during WWII. General Practice in Richmond Hill, and Bayville, NY, then Retirement enjoying boating on the LI Sound.
