I believe I worked with Tom in the mid-80's at Trusthouse Forte in Roslyn. He lived in Oyster Bay at the time near Christ Church. I only worked with him for a year but he was always very nice to me when I joined the company as a new and very young employee.. We all loved him. I was the receptionist and he would always have a story for me. I was very sad to hear of his passing and send my thoughts and prayers to his loved ones and family. Rest in Peace, Tom.

“Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.” I like to believe that Tom will always be watching over his family and friends. He had a heart of gold and a giving spirit that the world could not afford to lose so soon. But as the Earth sighed, Heaven smiled and welcomed home a truly beautiful soul.

I have known Tom since high school although we only reconnected since he moved back from NY. He became my gentle mentor and dear, dear friend. His kindness, wisdom and insights brought so much joy into my life. I will miss him always and be grateful that this bright light who shared his love of life and Broadway brought me so many blessings. Love you Tom...miss you

Tommy was a wonderful person and had a way of making everyone feel special. We met Tommy in August 2010, the day we moved into the cul-de-sac across from Tommy. From that day on, he was always there. He made us feel so welcome, like we lived there forever. Gilbert Court will not be the same without you.. We will miss you. RIP

Tom was one of the most unique people I've ever met. He was sincere, funny, caring and, although I only had the pleasure of knowing him for a year, he made my life better by just being. I'm sure Tom is already entertaining the angels. A light has gone out for us, but Heaven just got a whole lot brighter. Love you and miss you. RIP

While we were friends for only a little more than a year, it seemed like it was for much more than that.Tom was a caring, compassionate, sincere human being. He was always looking to help someone, either with his words or his actions. Always thanking people and offering to assist in any way. Tom had a way of making everyone feel important, no matter whether he knew them just briefly or for a long time. His spirit will live on in everyone who knew him. Now Tom is where he always liked to be, "Sitting up with the rich people"... R.I.P.

Tom was a real true friend with a heart of gold. He loved life and he loved his friends as if they were family. He made me feel like his family. He made me laugh and he made me cry. He knew everything about everything. He was one in a million and I am so very blessed to have been a part of his life.
