I just found out today Emmie about your passing. Such a blow to my heart and my sense of my world. You have always been in it even though far away. Telling me “I’m bored now I’m hanging up!” after talking on the phone too long. You were the only one that called me Lindy. You stood with me in my pain. I remember going to your moms funeral and you declaring that I was one of the only “lily whites” in the church. I’m glad we chatted over the summer. I’m grateful for our friendship since Woodbury. I’m happy you are with your mom and brother but I won’t ever forget what you gave me. RIP sweet Emmie.

Dear Emma, I still cannot believe that you reached so abruptly the end of your journey with us. To me and my family you have been a true FRIEND over the past 45 years. So many memories! Too many to name here. We shared some precious ones that we will treasure always. You always had our backs and your heart was always open to each of us. Your generosity with your time and space, as well as your wisdom, bonded us even more in recent years and will remain particularly. special. Look at my "Ladies of the Evening", Hand in the air back up out of my "SPACE"and AJ who are these people (I don't like them)! These are the words I will miss hearing from you. Sitting here writing this with tears coming down my face knowing I won't hear your voice any more.
