Obituary of Annette Marcelle Bitel

Annette passed away on April 28, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband Stephen, daughter Claudine, cousin Janine Bakker and many other relatives and friends.

Annette was born in Greenwich Village, NY in a French community. French was her first language and she learned English when starting school. She later taught High School French and Social Studies. Having earned a Master'ss Degree, she finished her career as a Guidance Counselor at Massapequa High School.

"A Memorial Celebration of Her Life", will be held at the Oyster Bay Funeral Home Saturday May 18, 2024 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Everyone is invited to share their thoughts about Annette and
relate fond memories of her.

There will be a luncheon immediately following at Wild Honey, Oyster Bay.
