Jankowski, Stanley J. "Harvey" – on Nov. 24, 2024, age 96, of Montrose, NY, formerly of East Norwich, NY.  Beloved husband of the late Cecelia. Loving father of Cecelia Jankowski and Marianne McKeon (John). Cherished grandfather of Shannon Tereo (Michael). Dear brother of Fred Jankowski. Predeceased by his sisters Cassie Kurkowski, Peggy Papsidero and Frances Tarantino. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Proud US Army Veteran. Devoted member of East Norwich Volunteer Fire Co. #1, for over 55 years, East Norwich Fire Co. Benevolent Association and the 5th Battalion Chiefs Association and a long-term Usher at St. Dominic's RC Church in Oyster Bay, NY. He was an Overhead Linesman for LILCO for over 41 years. Visiting Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St., Oyster Bay, NY, Friday 4-7 p.m. Funeral Mass St. Dominic RC Chapel, Oyster Bay, NY on Saturday, 9:30 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY.
