Beloved husband of Helen (nee Merrill). Loving father of Leo III (Linda), Merrill, Brian (Kathy), David (Helene) and Paul (Lisa). Cherished grandfather of Sean, Ryan, Emma, Grace, Paige, Dylan, Tighe, Anna and Jane. Dear brother of Ann Lynch, and the late Mary Frances Cochran, Thomas, Gugerty, and Bernard Gugerty. A veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Visiting Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South Street, Oyster Bay, NY, Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m.. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul The Apostle RC Church, Cedar Swamp Road, Brookville, NY on Monday, Mar 16, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Locust Valley Cemetery.
